In September of 2007, Schwab-Vollhaber-Lubratt, Inc. (SVL) purchased Comfort Supply to leverage the strengths of both companies and enhance the product offerings to their respective customers. Through this purchase, Comfort Supply is now poised to grow and excel in the residential/light commercial market.

Comfort Supply has relocated to Fridley, MN in an office/warehouse location two and a half miles north of 694 on East River Road. The new facility boasts a training room for the continued education and training of its customers, dealers and staff.
