Judges give consensus scores and then state their criticisms and compliments. Categories may have multiple winners or none. Entries gain awards on the Platinum level by receiving scores between 90-100 points. Gold Winners receive between 80-89 points. Lastly, Honorable Mention recognition goes to entries with a score of 70-79. Separate categories for Small businesses and Fortune 500 companies level the playing field in each category.
SVL’s Logo
Founded in 1967, SVL has been a staple in the HVAC industry ever since. SVL stands for the last names of our founders, Charles Schwab, Craig Vollhaber, and Paul Lubratt. The new logo’s colors, orange and blue, signify both heating (orange) and cooling (blue). As a leader in HVAC, the logo needed to incorporate both hot and cold air flowing in balance to create the best environment for any application.
