ETTER Engineering - Gas Booster Series
E101-P
Gas Booster
For More Information:

The ETTER Engineering E101-P packaged gas booster system is designed for pumping low volumes of gas, which is not corrosive to aluminum or steel, and is used when an increase in pressure is required from the available line pressure.
The package includes a magnetic coupled drive mechanism which has no shaft or shaft seals, eliminating potential leak paths.
The E101-P has a capacity range from 0 to 1000 CFH, with a maximum available pressure of 15″W.C. added to the inlet pressure. An outlet gas pressure regulator sets a constant outlet pressure over a range of flow rates. Performance information for the standard capacity model is listed on the sizing curve.
The E101-P is designed as a “Plug and Play”™ unit and comes completely pre-piped, wired and tested for your application.
The E101-P Features:
- Metal skid-style frame with all components mounted and wired
- UL/CSA approved gas booster pump and components
- 1/3 HP TEFC motor, 120/1/60
- 1″ NPT union ends inlet and outlet for easy installation
- NO minimum flow rate requirement – pump can be dead-headed with no adverse effects!
- Pre-plumbed check valves, bypass, and low gas pressure switch.
UL-Approved Control Panel Includes:
- Lights and push buttons
- Operating interlocks
- Motor starter, circuit breakers, and control relays

Gas Booster Accessories & Options
Gas Booster
For More Information:

ETTER Engineering offers an infinite variety of options to customize your natural gas booster system. Although standard designs are always available, we are always willing to customize your project to meet your specific needs.
Duplex Systems: Duplex Gas Booster Systems are prepackaged, piped, wired, and ready for installation. The primary and secondary skids can be arranged side to side or end to end (should it need to fit in a long, slender space)
Stacked Systems: When space is at a premium, a stacked system provides the necessary boost for your application while maintaining the smallest footprint possible. ETTER’s stacked gasPOD™ systems arrive on your job site prepackaged, piped, wired, and ready to install.
PLC Touch Screen Controls: ETTER utilizes the latest technologies for our gas booster systems, including PLC-based controls complete with Touch-Screen panel user interfaces (HMI). The base package includes the Gray Scale screen as shown; color screens are also available. The PLC not only provides a cleaner interface but provides additional features like automatic logging and time/date stamping of all alarms and shut-downs. Great for trouble-shooting!
UL-Listed Check Valve: The ETTER ECV prevents reverse flow of gas and air in the pipeline. Available sizes are 2″ (screwed FNPT) and 3″, 4″, and 6″ (125 # FF flanged) and can be used with natural gas and other non-corrosive gases. These valves have a maximum operating temperature of 200 degrees F.
Ventless Pressure Systems: ETTER provides yet another bonus with its Packaged Gas Booster Systems. In an effort to assist the Installations Contractor, the gas pressure switches are ventless as a standard. And for those in Massachusetts, yes they are Mass Board Approved! That’s right, NO MORE VENT LINES! We also provide Indoor Approved Ventless regulators on our gasPOD installations.
Outdoor Transclosures: Although ETTER offers an upgrade for only a few hundred dollars to make the system capable for outdoor installations, we can also provide the skidded system in an outdoor paneled enclosure. Features include vented panels and heavy duty hinged panel doors with lockable handle. Please contact us for pricing.
Duplex Outdoor Transclosures: When tamper-proof security and better protection from the elements is required for duplex systems, the preferred option is a steel transclosure. With this option, ETTER’s packaged gas booster systems leave our factory skid-mounted inside an outdoor paneled enclosure to provide superior weather protection, with vented panels and heavy duty, tamper-proof hinged doors with lockable handles to prevent unauthorized access. The enclosure upgrades range from a few hundred dollars outside the snowbelt, to standardized transclosures for easy access and serviceability during the winter months in colder climates.
