For More Information:
Burners in series 50 – 90 are monoblock type fully automatic light fuel oil, gas or dual fuel burners. Capacity regulation is two-stage (H), and gas burners can be delivered with modulating (M) regulation. Control automation is integrated into the burner. Modulating burners control the fuel-to-air ratio electronically.
Applications: terrace and single-family houses, hotels, paintshops, bakeries, gardens. Available also for ships and offshore applications.
Capacity range: 200 – 1 540 kW
BURNER SERIES STREAM 350/450
Burners
For More Information:
Stream series burners have a particularly low noise level. Automation (WD3x) is integrated to the burner to facilitate installation, use and maintenance. If desired, the burner can be supplied with a separate automation (WDx00). Electronic fuel and air ratio control provides good energy efficiency and reliable operation of the burner. The Low-NOx burners in the series comply with the class 3 (EN676) requirements.
Applications: e.g. water and steam boilers, hot air generators and thermal oil boilers.
Capacity range: 530 – 5500 kW
BURNER SERIES 300 – 700
Burners
For More Information:
Burners in series 300 – 700 are monoblock type fully automatic light fuel oil, heavy fuel oil, gas or dual fuel burners. All burners are modulating (M). Control automation is either integrated to (WD3x burners) or separated from the burner (WDx00 burners). The Low-NOx burners in the series comply with the class 3 (EN676) or the class 4 (FprEN676) requirements.
Applications: e.g. water and steam boilers, hot air generators and thermal oil boilers. Available also for ships and offshore applications.
Capacity range: 800 – 10 500 kW
MONOX BURNERS
Burners
For More Information:
Burners in the Monox 1000/1200 series are modulating (M), fully automated light oil, gas and dual fuel monoblock burners. They are equipped with an electronic capacity controller (WiseDrive WDx00). Their NOx emissions in gas combustion are < 120 mg/Nm3 (class 2). The Low-NOx burners in the series meet class 3 (EN676) requirements. All models have a separate control unit (optional extra). Applications: e.g. water and steam boilers, hot air generators and thermal oil boilers
Capacity range: 1 800 – 13 300 kW
BURNER SERIES 400 – 2000 ME
Burners
For More Information:
Burners in series 400 – 2000 ME are fully automatic light fuel oil, heavy fuel oil, gas or dual fuel burners. Capacity regulation method is modulating (M). The product family also includes models that are suitable for use with preheated combustion air (max. +250°C). All models have a separate control cabinet, a booster unit and a combustion air fan as accessories.
Applications: e.g. water and steam boilers, hot air generators and thermal oil boilers.
Capacity range: 1200 – 29 500 kW
ACE - BURNERS
Burners
For More Information:
Oilon ACE presents the latest low emission technology. The typical NOx emissions are less than 60 mg/nm3, ref. 3% O2 and less than 30 mg/nm3 with external Flue Gas Recirculation (FGR). As a result of well completed combustion the CO emissions are also on a low level. Oilon ACE is mainly used in water tube and fire tube boilers, but is suitable in other applications as well.
Applications: e.g. water and steam boilers, hot air generators, thermal oil boilers, and power plant boilers.
K-BURNERS
Burners
For More Information:
K burners are the right choice for many demanding industrial processes, e.g. for hazardous waste incineration. Despite possible large fluctuations in furnace pressure and process conditions, the flame remains very stable resulting from tangential combustion air feeding and the optimized air registers. The burner construction is designed for heavy duty operation to guarantee high availability in extreme conditions.
Applications: e.g. power plants, pulp and paper industry, metallurgic processes, handling hazardous and municipal waste
Capacity range: 0,5 – 31 MW
LANCE BURNERS
Burners
For More Information:
Lance burners are optimal for use as start-up and support burners in fluidized bed boilers and grate boilers, but can be utilized in other applications as well. The critical parts of the burner are protected by retracting them to a back position when the burner is in a stand-by condition. Lance burners are designed and constructed to tolerate demanding furnace conditions, such as the effects of sand bed, ash and particles.
Applications: e.g. district heating plants, power plants, pulp and paper industry, metallurgic processes
Capacity range: 1,5 – 58 MW
LITEX BURNERS
Burners
For More Information:
The wind box of Litex burners combines unique shaping with optimized combustion air flows. The burners are compact and very light for their capacity level. The standard combustion head is masoned, with a steel alternative. The Litex series is primarily designed for water and fire tube boilers.
Applications: e.g. district heating plants, power plants
Capacity range: 5 – 45 MW
S – BURNERS
