Enhanced Building Performance with Ebtron

Recently, SVL hosted an Ebtron seminar, “Enhanced Building Performance” at Surly Brewing Company in Minneapolis, MN. The seminar, located in a quaint warehouse neighborhood, drew 70 attendees from the metro area. Everyone  also enjoyed BBQ tavern grub and local microbrews, provided by Surly. The seminar space overlooks the working brewhouse and the urban Minneapolis skyline.

Guest speaker Jim Riendeau first explained how to improve indoor building environments, then how to build pressurization control. Finally he described how to improve energy economy. Additionally, he touched on the importance of management and control of Outdoor Air (i.e. ventilation) in ensuring a productive and healthy indoor environment. It is required by building codes and industry standards and is also recognized by LEED with the available NC IEQ Credit.

Those who were unable to attend in person joined in on the webinar to hear the presentation. Concluding the seminar, SVL randomly selects one lucky winner in a drawing for a Fitbit.

Thank you, Surly Brewing Company for your hospitality and thank you to those who made the seminar a success. We look forward to seeing you at our next seminar!
