Simple Flexible Hose Drops
Overhead Vehicle Exhaust Ventilation
For More Information:
Overhead non-disappearing hose systems are an economical yet very efficient solution for storing hose assemblies overhead in vehicle maintenance facilities. Several different hose storage options are available within the “non-disappearing” flexible hose configuration.
Cable reel balancers are the most user-friendly options for retracting flexible hose assemblies out of the work area. In addition to cable reel balancers, Ventaire offers rope or cable pulley systems and telescoping hose assemblies.
With multiple storage systems available, Ventaire’s non-disappearing overhead hose storage systems are a suitable option for your vehicle exhaust extraction system requirements.
Applications
- Automobile dealership service centers
- Military vehicle maintenance facilities
- Public works vehicle maintenance facilities
- Heavy equipment maintenance garages
- Bus transit maintenance facilities
- Power sport service centers

Ventaire simple flexible hose drops include cable reel balancer systems, rope & cable systems, and telescoping hose drop systems.
Boom Systems
Overhead Vehicle Exhaust Ventilation
For More Information:
Extension booms are common in larger facilities with overhead cranes or high ceilings where traditional style hose drops are not feasible. Ventaire’s heavy-duty booms offer robust construction, available in two different styles.
Our EXB extension booms are typically wall or column mounted and provide the additional length required to reach exhaust pipes in vehicle repair facilities with large maintenance bays.
Commonly packaged with a flexible hose assembly and optional hose storage system, these overhead booms allow for maximum vehicle exhaust extraction coverage throughout the facility vehicle service bays.
Applications
- Military vehicle maintenance facilities
- Public works vehicle maintenance facilities
- Heavy equipment maintenance garages
- Bus transit maintenance facilities
- Power sport service centers
- Vocational Technology Schools

Self-Storing
Underground Vehicle Exhaust Extraction Systems
For More Information:
Ventaire self-storing floor fixtures are the most common underfloor configuration for underfloor vehicle exhaust systems. The self-storing design offers a sleek design for virtually any vehicle maintenance facility as the ductwork and hose assemblies remain underground and out of sight.
Simply open the fixture door and pull out the required length hose to connect to the vehicle’s exhaust pipe, push the hose back into the ground and close the door. The lay-flat heavy-duty frame and doors can be repeatedly driven over and require almost zero maintenance for years to come.
Features
- Heavy-duty reinforced door and frame.
- Adjustable frame & door height for installation flexibility for pitched concrete floor.
- Stainless steel and powder-coated steel frames available.
- Available for hose 3”, 4” 5” & 6” diameter flexible hose assemblies.
- Boots (elbows) & saddles available in stainless & galvanized steel.
- Made in the USA.
Non-disappearing (Plug-in) Underground Vehicle Exhaust Systems
